Climatic Research Foundation (CRF) is a non-governmental, non-political, and non-profit organization with a bold ambition: to build a more equitable, climate-resilient, and sustainable future for the people of Bangladesh. CRF serves as a platform for interdisciplinary research, advocacy, and action, advancing evidence-based policies and inclusive community programs. Our work is guided by scientific rigor, a commitment to social justice, and the empowerment of local communities.

This program focuses on generating empirical evidence to inform the design and implementation of development initiatives, with a particular emphasis on climate economics and green growth. Our expert team has also conducted a range of feasibility studies for different organizations across Bangladesh. Through this work, CRF is committed to advancing policy-relevant research that bridges knowledge and practice.

To address the educational disruptions caused by climate-induced disasters, CRF develops digital learning platforms and inclusive education programs for children
and young learners. These initiatives ensure
that even in times of crisis, students
have access to quality education,
safeguarding their long-term development and opportunities.

Recognizing the deep linkages between climate and health, CRF implements public health awareness campaigns that address maternal and child health, communicable diseases, and Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) challenges. We also highlight emerging climate-linked health risks, working with local communities and health practitioners to strengthen resilience and preparedness against climate-sensitive diseases.
